Your St. Croix Hook bracelet or ring can be upgraded to a larger wrist/finger size, to a wider millimeter, or from silver to gold.  When you return your old Hook, just pay a $10 trade-up fee, the difference in price, and a standard shipping fee for Priority Mail. We do not trade our other designs.

Sonya Ltd is home to the Original St. Croix Hook. Located on Company St. in historic Christiansted, Sonya Ltd. has been producing fine hand made jewelry for over 50 years.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@sonyaltd.com or call 877-766-9284 Monday- Friday 10:00-4:00 EST. We will send you return instructions by email.

Sonya's "Hook" Trade-up Policy

Your St Croix Hook Bracelet or ring can be upgraded to a larger wrist/finger size, to a wider band width, or from silver to gold. We do not trade our other designs. When you return your old Hook, just pay a $10 trade-up fee, difference in price, and a standard shipping fee for Priority mail.

Please remember when sending any jewelery by mail that it must be insured and we prefer you use USPS. All other carriers consider us international and you will have to provide the documentation they require. We can not do this for you.

Sonya Ltd cannot assume responsibility for any items lost or not delivered to Sonya Ltd- please insure!

Shipping Procedures

The staff of Sonya Ltd. will personally review your order, and package your items for safe delivery.

We process and ship orders promptly. If there is a problem or delay in processing your order, you will be contacted by the staff of Sonya Ltd.

Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same package. If any item is temporarily out of stock you will be notified. Products are shipped using the US Postal Service's Priority, Express, or Registered Mail. All packages are insured. Delivery times vary depending upon your shipping location and shipping method.

Special Orders

Special orders are available and may require additional time to fulfill.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item.

We will gladly replace the merchandise, or if you prefer, issue a credit.
